You must be legally able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Premium access may be provided via subscriptions through app stores or other payment processors. Prices, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Trials may convert to paid access unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Family plan heads may invite members subject to plan limits. Sharing join codes outside your household or misuse of family features may result in suspension or cancellation.
You agree not to misuse the service, including cheating, scraping, reverse engineering, disrupting service, or violating applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
The service and its content are owned by NaijaTeach or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You may submit content (e.g., profile info, audio, responses). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use and display such content to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee results, availability, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaijaTeach and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve obligations incurred before termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by notice in the app or on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
